1.The solenoid valve used in air conditioning is generally composed of electromagnetic coil and magnetic core,Including one or several holes in the body(cooling and heating three-way valve ETC.),When the coil is energized or power off,The magnetic core action control valve body open and close.the electromagnetic coil is mounted directly on the valve body,and the magnetic core is enclosed in the sealing tube.

2.Air conditioning solenoid valve is generally straight moving type,there are 220V ac ,24 v DC ,generally in 3-25mm diameter specifications ,when the air conditioniner starts,the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to open the valve,the pefrigerant begins to circulate,wher the set temperature is reached,the solenoid valve coil loses power, the electromagnetic force disappears ,and the refrigerant cycle is colosed to regulate the temperature.

1.If this situation occurs, please use a computer to check if there are any problems with the circuit and pressure.

2.If the circuit and pressure are normal, then the control valve needs to be replaced.

3.When removing the compressor before replacing the control valve, please check if the compressor oil is clean or black with aluminum debris.

4. If the oil is dirty or there are aluminum debris, please replace the compressor.

5. If everything is clean, replace the control valve.
